Elections, foreclosure moratoria, the NAR annual meeting – a lot has happened since last month. We do seem to be stuck in one of those good news/bad news cycles. As NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun explains in his commentary, housing seems to be taking two steps forward, one step back on the road to a full recovery.
