HISTORY:
Prior to current ownership the property was referred to as the “Daum Ranch”. Al Feldstein and his wife Michelle purchased the ranch in 1992 naming it “Deer Haven Ranch”. The ranch was placed in a conservation easement in 1992 to protect its natural beauty and vast natural resources. Al operated his art studio out of the main house for many years and Michelle rescued animals allowing them to graze on the land and live out the rest of their lives in a humane environment. Michelle has continued this practice since Al’s passing, although she has downsized her animal rescue operation over the past year to prepare for the sale of the ranch. The marketing name of the property is “The Yellowstone River Ranch” due to its amazing river frontage and fishing resources.
