Mustang Fresh Food is a popular dining establishment for sale located in Livingston Montana’s downtown historic district. Mustang has always been a favorite of locals, fishermen and travelers alike for its fabulous intimate café and contemporary yet classic cuisine.
Carole started Mustang Catering business in 1997, serving distinctive menus custom designed for clients, including many of Livingston’s celebrities. In 2001, she and her husband Dan transformed Mustang into a successful restaurant serving uniquely prepared sandwiches, soups, salads and warm entrees using the freshest ingredients.
In 2014, they moved into their final home at 112 North Main Street and began serving dinner in a casual yet elegant setting. Mustang’s seasonal and ever-changing dinner menu highlights Montana’s plethora of natural ingredients like local Grass-fed Beef, fresh trout and Flathead cherries, moist and delicious Faroe Island Salmon, perfectly grilled local meats and organic chicken roasted to perfection. Every meal is created with great passion and every item is made with only the freshest ingredients. In 2020, Mustang Market was created to offer fresh and frozen “made to order food” for delivery or pick-up.
Now, after nearly 23 years, they are ready to pass the torch to a new owner/operator to carry on and create their own magic.
